Can you really come out the same day?
Usually, yes. I am local to the Puget Sound area, not driving in from across the city, so if you call before noon I can typically get to you the same day. I work 7 days a week, 7am to 9pm.
Do I actually need a new door, or can mine be repaired?
Most doors can be repaired, and I will always tell you which it is. I am not going to recommend a new door if a repair will do the job. I make more on repairs anyway, and my reputation depends on being straight with people.
What warranty do you offer?
I back my labor with a 5 year warranty, and parts carry their manufacturer warranties. I will walk you through exactly what is covered before I start any work.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the scope, and you will get an upfront quote before any work starts, no surprises. Simple tune ups and safety inspections start at $69.
